The provider is a natural person; no company has been formed. There is no register entry and no VAT number. There is no UK establishment and no UK representative under Article 27 UK GDPR has been appointed yet. We will appoint one before the application accepts real client data or any paid plan.

We publish these details so that you know who is responsible for this website and the pilot (Article 13 UK GDPR) and where the provider is established (Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, regulation 6).

Pilot status

The UK pilot is free. It accepts fictional or fully anonymised cases only; real client data must not be entered.

Payment

Nothing can be bought during the pilot. When paid plans start, licences will be sold by Armitage Labs OÜ (“Creem”), Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia, which issues the invoices.

We are not members of a regulated healthcare profession and do not practise psychotherapy or counselling.
