How Report Copilot works
1. Notes and scores
You write session notes under a client reference. You enter questionnaire scores (PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5) yourself or send the client a link. Nothing here asks for a name.
2. A draft under the insurer's headings
For an insurer extension request the draft has seven headings: client and authorisation details, presenting difficulties, your assessment of the current condition, treatment plan and goals, progress to date, outcome measures, and sessions requested with your rationale.
- Authorisation details and outcome measures are filled from the case file. No text is generated for them.
- Presenting difficulties and progress to date are restated from your notes. Each sentence carries its source.
- Your assessment, your goals and the sessions you request are printed exactly as you wrote them.
3. Checks before anything leaves
- A sentence without a source is flagged and blocks signing until you fix it.
- The software removes any statement it was not asked for: an assessment, a prediction, a recommendation, a medication or a score band.
- You review every section, then sign. A treatment plan needs a review date. A GP letter needs the client's consent recorded.
4. Authorisation tracking
Record the insurer, authorisation number, authorised sessions and validity. When 75 per cent of the authorised sessions are used, you get a neutral reminder to request an extension. The reminder email never contains a client name or an authorisation number.
5. Export
Export as PDF or Word. The document is clean text with your reference and signature block. An optional source index lists where each sentence came from, for your own records.
